A Car Accident on going to Karen's Wedding

On Sat. 03/12/2011 7pm EST on 65th Street between Fort Hamilton Pkwy and 9th Ave.  As shown on the picture, the dark circle presents my car (Acura TL 2010) waiting for the car in front to move in to this Valvet Parking Lot for a restaurent where we were supposed to celebrate Karen and Jason's wedding.  The dark retangle represents the car (A SUV) directly behind us.  The car has blocked the heavy traffic road.  The driver of this SUV decided to move forward where there was actually no room for him to move anymore, which eventually hit my car.  When Steve got out of the car, he took a careful look at the bumper, which was already damaged, the SUV hit us again trying hard to move forward in effort to not block the heavy traffic.  Then Steve started yelling, the cars that the SUV blocking on the road got off their car and starting yelling at the SUV too.  When the driver of the SUV got out of his car, Steve asked: "Hey, do you know how to drive." "NO, I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DRIVE", replied the driver with such a bad attitude. 

I was mad too because baby Nicolas was in the car also.  Yet, I let Steve does the talking because I think women are not too good handling situations like this.  However, that driver started talking all the nonsense and I got really mad and jumped out of the car.  He said that he didn't feel that his car hit us and he only gently hit us, and ask us to just let go of this.  I got out and start telling him:"you didn't feel you hit us doesn't mean you didn't hit us, and there's a baby in the car, your "gently hit" could have injured my baby!"  He said:" Oh, a baby, I didn't know". 

Then I started to get really upset.  This guy's mentality was just wrong.  He was so wrong.  First of all, he hit a non-moving car, then he didn't even apologize for his wrong doing, what's being most absurd was he later said we scratched the car ourselves and trying to claim him.  Isn't this guy crazy?

He then told us, since we are all going to the party, let's forget it.  I was like: You know what, we are all Chinese here, my car wasn't damaged that bad, we can solve this on a personal lever.  But it's all about your attitude.  You didn't apologize and just kept telling us you didn't feel you hit us! You're not even sorry for what you've done.  Now my car is scratch, and my baby is in the car, you were at fault no matter what!"
Then he said : "oh, all you want is sorry? ok, I am sorry!" like a hyprocrat.  I hate him! He's so evil!!!

During the conversation, people who walked by actually regconized who that SUV driver was, and there were a couple people walked by said: "Hi Dr Wei, how are you?" When Steve heard that, he said:" Oh, so you're a doctor with a doctor's degree and you don't even know physics. Stop telling us how light you hit us, with the weight of your SUV, a light hit could be fatal!" He didn't admit anything that Steve said, he just kept on saying, he didn't feel that the car hit us.

He didn't want to pay for the damage he made, and he didn't want to provide his car insurance information, therefore we end up calling the police. 

He is Dr. Wei, a dermatologist with one office in Chinatown NY located on Center St.  魏醫生！一個自己話自己不會開車的魏醫生！
